State of the art restaurants in Gothenburg

Three representatives of the modern, creative Gothenburg are working together on the project.

Food & Beverage by Marcus Samuelsson 
Marcus Samuelsson, the star chef who originally hails from Gothenburg, is in charge of the bar and restaurant concept. Magnus Månsson, from the internationally recognised architects’ office Semrén & Månsson, is the man behind the idea, drawings and furnishing. Erik Nissen Johansen of Stylt Trampoli, the acclaimed design and identity agency, is working on conceptualising Clarion Hotel Post.

“This will be a completely new experience in the hotel and restaurant sector. It is wonderful to have the opportunity to create a holistic food and drinks concept, and I am proud to put my name on the restaurants. I am originally from Gothenburg, and this is the place that my heart calls home,” says Marcus Samuelsson.
